Jay is a managing partner of Aglow Power, founder of Archipelago Engineering, and lead of innovation and technology across both firms. Trained in robotics engineering, with specialization in computer vision and heuristics algorithms from Worcester Polytechnic, Jay brings a strong technical background and systems engineering discipline to firm with sophisticated strategies of deployment. An avid hiker, Jay first drafted Aglow's Guardian Angel Protocol (GAP-3), now in its third-generation, the firm's first ISO-9001 compliant quality control procedure for industrial assets, while backpacking in the presidential range of New Hampshire.
