P-F Curve

Periodic thermal imaging inspection technique that creates an equipment thermal profile, checks for component temperature variation in large surface areas to pinpoint electrical/mechanical concerns and track operating condition-over-time while quickly identify Potential Failure.

The following common, but not exhaustive, applications include:

  • Hot Spots

Scans large surface areas in order to pick up Potential Failure such as:

​

  • Rotating Equipment (e.g. motors) bearings

  • Hot Spots in electrical equipments

  • Faulty terminations in Electrical Power Circuits

  • Overloaded Circuits in Power Panels/Switch Panels

  • Fuses near rated capacity

  • Faulty Components in Switch Gears

  • Faulty Insulation in Processed Pipes
