Aglow Power is excited to announce the finalization and purchase of a 452-acre parcel located in Casco, ME for the home of Red Spruce Technology Park! Plans call for the first three phases of the project to tackle the immediate energy and commercial demand in the region. Aligned with Aglow's long-term plan to expand our service portfolio and grow our technology footprint in the region, Red Spruce of Casco is poised to become a centerpiece of economical growth, attracting highly skilled works, while organically generating high-paying jobs!

Phase 1: Red Spruce Casco, RSC, will establish future-proof infrastructure, drainage network, power distribution, land delineation, and mostly importantly: build a seven-acre solar array. Secondly, it will be break ground for Class A flex buildings, warehouse sized flagship building, EV charging stations, and TBD telecommunication installations. Future tenants will enjoy heavily subsided electrical and fire alarm option for new tenant fit-outs!

Red Spruce Casco is primarily being built to accommodate Aglow’s initiative in diversifying services and pivoting to manufacturing and warehousing capabilities. Because the motivation is to use the facility ourselves, our design and development team is not just interested in lowest building costs, but rather, providing the necessary infrastructure and features that positively benefits all tenants!
